Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed. It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review product information, ingredients, and any relevant details before purchasing.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours at Support@Herbnutrition.co. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any of the following:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
